In 2023, the city’ s annual average temperature was 19.4°C, 1.0°C higher than the long-term average, ranking as the second highest in historical records. Temperatures were normal in winter, spring, and summer, while autumn saw above-average warmth. The annual average number of high - temperature days was 52.1, 13.0 more than the long-term average. The city's annual average precipitation was 1186.17 mm, 12.7% less than the long-term average. Winter precipitation was scarce, while other seasons were normal. Despite reduced precipitation, rainfall distribution was relatively even, resulting in mild drought conditions. The annual average number of rainy days was 136.9, 20.5 days fewer than the long-term average. The annual average sunshine duration was 1518.9 hours, 83.8 hours more than the long-term average. Winter saw significantly more sunshine, while other seasons normal.
