On August 17th,Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office hosted a training course on targeted poverty-acknowledge for the work team dispatched to the villages. The participants included 30 team leaders, 1 team member and staff of the office. 
　

  Hu Ronghua, Deputy Director of Municipal Agricultural Commission, presided the meeting.Hu made some deployments on the review of target poverty-acknowledge.In order to strengthening the combination between grass-roots party construction and targeted poverty alleviation, Chen Guohui, member of the member of  municipal party committee organization department conference and the office director of municipal committee  party at the grass-roots level, put forward some specific requirements. Grass-root party works are insufficient in emphasis, study, implementation, supervision and combination etc.  He requires that 30 work teams for poverty alleviation which straightly dispatched to the village will strengthen grass-roots party construction, combined the grass-root party and targeted poverty alleviation properly, and then set good examples.
       

  In term of current situations, Fan Zhongman, Director of Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office, shared three experiences. Deputy Director Liu Fangyi made a detailed explanation for the forms and information-filling that comes from the Provincial Office of Poverty Alleviation of the Poverty Relief Office, and required that everyone should report their works in time and with a high quality.
　

  Finally, Wang Wei, Director of Municipal Agricultural Commission, made an important speech, which think high of the achievements they have made in the earlier period. Poverty alleviation and development in villages is a major political task and major livelihood project, we must make our job better and better according to the new requirements, new ideas, new concepts, new initiatives. Director Wang stressed that municipal work teams should plays a leading role in 395 teams. According to the time and requirements, we do the work included every village, every household and every person. Pay special attention to information gathering and completing the report, try to achieve targeted poverty-acknowledge in advance. Wang hoped everyone could gain more experience through targeted poverty-alleviation, as well as doing a good job in relocation, industries, employment, subsidy, assistance, infrastructure, education and build for the whole. In order to achieve targeted poverty alleviation, Wang made some instructions. Firstly, financial department at municipal and country levels should provide financial support to get rid of poverty. Secondly, to increase the investment in poor villages through the integration of funding. Thirdly, to seek help from bank loans and governmental interest subsidies to alleviate poverty financially. Fourthly, to mobilize the cadres of administrative departments in Hengyang to help poor household one by one.
