   Huang Li, born in November 1971, now is working as a member of the standing

Hengyang Municipal CPC.

   He is now responsible for natural resources and planning, housing and construction of rural and urban areas, hydraulic projects, forestry (especially oil-tea camellia cultivating and planting), management of the urban area.
