    Zhu Jian, a male, was born in June 1975 in Jiangyin Jiangsu Province. He joined the CPC in August 1994 and started to work in June 1997. He has got an 

on-job Master’s degree in enterprise administration and a doctoral degree in 

management from Antai Economy and Administration Department in Shanghai Jiaotong University. Now he is working as the deputy secretary of Hengyang Municipal CPC committee, mayor of Hengyang Municipal People’s Government, and 

secretary of the leading group of the CPC committee of Hengyang Municipal
