Zhao Shengping is now working as member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy 

Mayor of Hengyang Municipal Government, and Secretary of the Party Committee, 

Director, and Chief Inspector of Police Affairs of the Municipal Bureau of Public 

Security.

Zhao Shengping, a male with Han nationality born in January 1969, was a university 

graduate, and now is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Mayor of Hengyang Municipal 

People's Government, as well as the Party Secretary, Director, and Police Inspector 

General of the Municipal Bureau of Public Security.

He is now responsible for public security, justice, petition and stability maintenance, 

drug control, road traffic safety management, and peace building. Responsible for the 

safety production, petition and stability maintenance, and financial risk prevention of 

the units and industries under his/her management.

He is now in charge of Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Justice Bureau, 

Municipal Bureau of Letters and Calls.

He is also responsible for the cooperation with the Intermediate People's Court, the 

Municipal People's Procuratorate, the Municipal Party Committee's Secrets Office (Municipal State Secrets Bureau), and the Municipal National Security Bureau.

He is also responsible for the cooperation with the Hengyang detachment of the 

People's Armed Police Force, the Hengyang detachment of the Hunan Provincial 

High-level Police Bureau, Yanbei Prison, Yannan Prison, Xiangnan Prison, and 

Hengzhou Prison.
