Wu Lesheng, a male with Han Nationality, was born in February 1969 

and graduated from college with a master’s degree in engineering. He 

now is working as the deputy mayor of Hengyang Municipal People’s 

Government and a member of the leading group of Hengyang committee 

of CPC.

    He is now responsible for industry and information technology, 

ecological environment, transportation, airport and airport construction 

and operation, small and medium-sized enterprises, communications. To 

be responsible for the work safety of the units and industries under their 

management, the maintenance of stability and financial risk prevention.

     He is now in charge of the municipal Bureau of Industry and Information 

Technology, the Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment, the Municipal 

Bureau of Transportation, Management Committee of Hengyang Songmu 

Economic Development Zone, the municipal highway construction and 

maintenance center, Hengyang State-owned Assets Investment Holding 

Group Co. LTD., Hengyang  Public Transportation Group Co. LTD., and 

Hengyang Nanyue Airport Co. LTD.

    He is now work with and in cooperation with the municipal network 

information Office, the municipal Federation of trade unions, the civil
