    Zeng Jianhua, a male born in December 1972, is a member of CPC. He now 

is working as a member of the leading group of the Municipal CPC committee 

of Hengyang, deputy mayor and secretary of the CPC committee of Hengyang 

County.


    He is responsible for human resources and social security, as well as civil 

affairs and veterans affairs. Also responsible for safety production, public 

security and stability maintenance, and financial risk prevention in the units
