On the morning of September 18, the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Tiger Mountain Paradise" project was held in Xuanzhou Town, Hengshan County. With a total planned investment of 3 billion yuan, the project is positioned as a super-wild, tiger-themed cultural tourism destination. It aims to deliver the thrilling spectacle and experience of "a hundred tigers gathering and roaring in the mountains" to visitors around National Day next year.

The "Tiger Mountain Paradise" project is located across eight village communities in Xuanzhou Town, including Xuanzhou River Community and Hejiashan Community, covering a planned area of 14.5 square kilometers. Catering to market demands such as family tourism, science education, and wellness vacations, the project will be built on a foundation of wilderness, with the "Lucky Tiger" as its core theme. Through the "Tiger+" concept, it will integrate the tiger base with multiple industries, creating a super-wild, tiger-themed cultural tourism destination. The project aims to establish itself as a national 5A-level tourist attraction, a provincial ecological tourism demonstration zone in Hunan, a youth science education base in Hunan, a national family tourism demonstration base, and a national wellness tourism demonstration project.

The core scenic area of the first phase of the project covers nearly 10,000 acres, consisting of nine sections: Tiger Mountain Town, Tiger Joy Park, Mountain Ridge Sports, Hundred Tiger Gorge Adventure, Immortal Valley Blessing, Wild Training, Paradise Wellness, Comprehensive Services, and Cultural Creativity Experience. These sections will be interconnected by a "one-loop, three-path" transportation system.

Duan Xiaosai, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, told reporters that the commencement of this project marks another remarkable achievement in Hengshan County's implementation of the city's "Cultural Tourism Revitalization" strategy. It injects strong momentum into the transformation and upgrading of Hengshan's cultural tourism industry.
