It is reported that the Guangming Community Dijingshan Village Branch of Shigu District Library was founded in January 2021 and is located in an independent community service room on the first floor of Building 5, Dijingshan Village, the largest commercial residential community in the jurisdiction. It truly achieves the goal of building the library at the entrance of residents' homes, with an area of approximately 118 square meters, nearly 5000 books, one electronic reader, 35 reading seats, and one full-time library administrator. It is open to the public at a fixed time of 5 days per week. More than 500 books are updated annually, and voluntary services such as WIFI and drinking water can be provided for readers for free. It allocates books that readers want to read from the District Library every quarter to meet their reading needs. As of now, 200 books of various types such as children's reading materials, literature, medicine and health, cultural education, health care, history, etc. have been selected based on the order service registration form; 100 volumes of five journals including "Reader" and "China Newsweek".
