Zhu Jian pointed out that the current safety production situation in Hengyang is the most severe it has been in recent years. Regarding the next phase of the comprehensive investigation and rectification of safety production risks and hazards in Hengshan County, Zhu Jian put forward five requirements:
Identify the primary contradictions and their key aspects – Focus on fire safety and road traffic safety, and formulate practical response measures and rectification actions. Special attention should be paid to places such as elderly care institutions and other “one elderly and one child” facilities.
