Zhu Jian stressed that we should vigorously develop smart agriculture, strengthen scientific and technological empowerment, speed up the layout and construction of intelligent seedling raising centers, promote the automation, intensification and recycling of seedling raising links, radiate and drive surrounding towns to provide substitute seedling raising services, reduce farmers' production costs and improve their enthusiasm for growing grain. We should make good use of Hengyang intelligent grain safety management system, rely on big data analysis, accurately grasp the relationship between soil properties and high-quality grain varieties, make "seed articles", scientifically promote the adjustment of planting structure, and continuously improve the yield per mu and the comprehensive grain production capacity.
