Hengyang's "Four Leading Bodies" Simultaneously Launch "Charity One-Day Donation" Campaign; Caring Enterprise Donates 1 Million Yuan to Disaster-Affected Residents of Tashan Yao Township

On the morning of September 7, Hengyang's 2026 "Charity One-Day Donation" campaign was simultaneously held at the offices of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government, and the Municipal CPPCC, calling on officials, employees, and caring enterprises to give generously, help the poor and needy, extend a helping hand, assist disaster-stricken people in overcoming difficulties and rebuilding their homes, and jointly foster a positive social atmosphere of mutual assistance and charitable giving.

Recently, affected by Typhoon "Saudel," areas including Changning City and Nanyue District in our city suffered heavy rainfall disasters, with roads cut off and houses collapsed in some areas. The disaster situation was relatively severe, and post-disaster reconstruction tasks were quite arduous. To this end, the Municipal Party Committee made unified arrangements for the "Four Leading Bodies" to simultaneously carry out centralized "Charity One-Day Donation" activities to help disaster-stricken people overcome difficulties and rebuild their homes.

During the event, Municipal Party Secretary Zhu Jian and Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Liu Zhongjie took the lead in donating one day's salary, expressing their care and concern. Municipal leaders Liu Zhangyu, Liu Zhengxing, Wu Shuguang, Zhou Yumei, Yang Weiping, Chen Liyang, and other leaders at or above the deputy municipal level who were in town participated in the "Charity One-Day Donation" at the offices of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government, and the Municipal CPPCC respectively. At the donation event held at the Municipal Party Committee office, Hunan Runbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. donated 1 million yuan to disaster-affected residents of Tashan Yao Township in Changning City. Wu Yuan, General Manager of Hunan Runbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhou Mingming, President of Hunan Runze Digital Human Technology Co., Ltd., attended. Li Yanfei, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Runbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., presented the donation on behalf of the company, and Vice Mayor Wang Jing received the funds on behalf of Hengyang City.
