On the morning of April 20, Party Secretary Zhu Jian chaired a special meeting on TBEA's investment plans in Hengyang during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. He emphasized the need to continue deepening the government-business relationship as "career partners" and "a community of shared future," resolve key issues with a checklist approach, and fully support the company's "in-place multiplication" through high-quality, efficient services and strong factor guarantees, injecting robust momentum into Hengyang's high-quality economic development. At the meeting, Zhou Lixin, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd., and Huang Hanjie, Party Secretary and Chairman of TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd., briefed on the company's development in 2026 and its investment layout plans for the 15th Five-Year period in Hengyang. Officials from Hengyang High-tech Zone, Hengnan County, Hengyang County, Changning City, Yanfeng District, and relevant municipal departments reported on their work.

Particularly after the provincial government held talks with TBEA, the company has continued to increase its investment in Hengyang, laying out more core major projects across the entire industrial chain, providing solid support for a strong start to Hengyang's 15th Five-Year Plan.

Chong Yanmin stated that at the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan, TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd.'s traditional electrical equipment industry is showing strong growth momentum, and its strategic emerging industries have broad prospects. In the next steps, the company will focus on extending the industrial chain, accelerating innovation breakthroughs in high-precision power electronic devices; continuing to increase R&D investment, promoting the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, and actively cultivating and strengthening strategic emerging and future industries; firmly implementing the internationalization strategy as a top priority, and fully expanding overseas markets; and advancing the "in-place multiplication" initiative with greater intensity and more concrete actions to contribute to Hengyang's high-quality development.
