On the morning of May 15th at the Taiyang Square in the High-tech Zone. Following this, representatives of the "Hengyang Masses" read out the "Norms of Citizen Water Conservation Behavior" at the ceremony, while staff from the Municipal Urban Management Bureau distributed publicity materials such as the "Water Conservation Regulations" and "Water Saving Brochure" to the citizens. Through a series of colorful water-saving publicity activities, citizens were educated on water-saving knowledge and methods, emphasizing the importance of water resources, the urgency of water conservation, promoting advanced water-saving technologies and products, advocating for increased water use efficiency, reducing waste, enhancing public awareness of water conservation, and promoting the construction of water-saving cities. This aims to sustainably consolidate the achievements of Hengyang City as a "National Water-Saving City."
