On the morning of September 23rd, the launching ceremony of Nanyue Yiling Medical and Elderly Care Complex (abbreviated as NYMECC). Liu Yuegao, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the event, and Li Wei, Chairman of Yiling Hospital Management Group, delivered a speech.

At the event, municipal leaders, including Liu Yuegao, and guests jointly poured the spring water symbolizing health and prosperity into the launch platform, marking the official launch of the NYMECC.

In his address, Li Wei emphasized Yiling Group’s commitment to advancing the construction of projects such as high-end traditional Chinese medicine (abbreviated as TCM) wellness bases and TCM-themed homestays. The group will ensure the high-quality implementation of the NYMECC, aiming to create a leading benchmark for integrated cultural tourism and wellness development.

Following the ceremony, Liu Yuegao's delegation also inspected the first phase project of the NYMECC.

It is reported that in March this year, Nanyue District reached a strategic cooperation with Yiling Group, launching the construction of NYMECC. This project draws on Nanyue District's unique natural resources and cultural heritage. It also combines Yiling Group's mature operational model in medical tourism. As a result, efforts to inject new vitality into the innovative development of the medical, elderly care and wellness industry in our city have been made.
