Among them, the total processing trade was 15.41 billion yuan, ranking first in the province.

Since the beginning of this year, faced the complex and severe situation in China and outside China, our city has actively responded to risks and challenges, implemented policies according to local conditions and enterprises, and continued to improve the steady growth of foreign trade. Through the absolute implementation of the "100-day campaign of foreign trade", making full use of foreign trade policy tools such as export rebates and export credit insurance, we actively strive for rewards and grant for key foreign trade enterprises, and all policies are needed in combination to use. From January to October, the import and export trade volume of cross-border e-commerce in our city reached 1.325 billion yuan, ranking second in the province, with a year-on-year increase of 8.76%. 36 pilot enterprises of cross-border e-commerce business were incubated and trained in the city, one key cross-border e-commerce enterprise was introduced, and two oversea location construction enterprises were introduced. At the same time, we continue to optimize the business environment of the port and continuously upgrade the open platform. Take the lead in adopting a new mode of “customs clearance” in prefecture-level cities in the province, which greatly improves the clearance efficiency of railway ports, and the China-Europe Railway Express runs more frequently and faster. From January to October, China-Europe Railway Express (China-Asia Railway Express) had a total of 35 trains, an increase of 40% year-on-year, with a total value of 159.8374 million US dollars, ranking second in the province. The open channel has been continuously expanded. Since the launch of China-Africa Rail-Sea Express Trail Hengyang Assembly Center in April this year, it has opened a trade corridor to Southeast Asia and Africa, and as of October, a total value of 235 million yuan of goods have been delivered. In terms of foreign cooperation, from January to October, the city added 11 million US dollars in Chinese investment and 9.67 million US dollars in foreign investment.
