On the afternoon of September 21st, Zhu Jian, the deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and mayor of Hengyang City, supervised the rectification of the problems that Provincial Party Committee inspected in the urban area and Hengnan County. He emphasized that, in order to efficiently promote high-quality development, all we need to do is to combine with Hengyang’s development situation, perform our duties effectively, continuously optimize our business environment, increase efficiency in government affairs service and accelerate the structuring of a modern industrial system.

At the Administrative Service Center of Gaoxin District, Zhu Jian supervised the administrative review and approval on the spot. He mentioned that, the Administrative Review and Approval Service Bureau should strengthen their contacts with the Management Committee of Gaoxin District, seek truth from facts and implement policies according to the situation, do well in personnel training and the building of new service windows, accelerate the devolution to ensure that “empower business as much as possible”, persistently optimize the business environment and boost the efficiency of government services as well as facilitate the construction in all directions.

Zhu Jian also visited Yangliu Automobile Sales Block, the second largest auto sales center in Hunan province. He went around one of the enterprises from the block, and listened to the report about current situation in boosting the auto consumption from Zhengxiang District Government and Municipal Commercial Bureau. He stressed that, we would promote service efficiency, provide integrated services to precisely resolve the pain and difficult point, scientifically optimize the expanding project of Yangliu Automobile Sales Block, actively explore a public service platform of automobile storage, lower the operating costs of enterprise, optimize the auto consumers’ experience and enhance the area influence in boosting economy around. Meanwhile, he advised auto enterprises to carry out new marketing program for all ages, especially for college teachers and students, thus attracting more consumers to Hengyang to further activate the auto distribution and consumption, to eventually form a regional consumption center in Hengyang.
