Among them, Yang Zhengui, a postal worker from Nanyue Branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd. in Hengyang City, was listed.

Yang Zhengui, male, born in August 1963, is currently a postal worker at the Nanyue Branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd. in Hengyang City. As the only postman in the branch who sticks to the mountainous area, he is responsible for providing mail delivery services to tens of thousands of people in five villages around Nanyue Town. Over the past 17 years, he has gone through a transformation from hiking to cycling, and then to motorcycles, delivering hundreds of thousands of emails without any loss or complaint. His professional dedication and reliable service have not only won widespread praise from people, but have also been honored with titles such as "Hunan Good Person" and "Model Lei Feng of Hunan Province".

It is understood that Yang Zhenggui's family has a deep connection with the postal industry. Since taking over the green mail bag used by his father before his death in 2007, Yang has become a trusted rural postman in the surrounding areas of Nanyue Town. Over the course of 17 years, he rode down 5 motorcycles regardless of wind and rain, delivering nearly 100 kilometers per day and successfully delivered over 100 letters which had been considered to be undeliverable. And the total mail he delivered reached over 100,000 pieces. Despite the back pain and rheumatoid arthriti on the long due to hours of running around everyday, he never complained as he deeply understood the meaning and value of this job.

In addition to delivering emails, Yang Zhengui often enthusiastically helps villagers carry daily necessities, especially during the spring plowing season, he has become a capable assistant to the villagers. As a Communist Party member, he always remembers the original mission of "People's Post for the People", dedicates his youth to the postal industry with loyalty and persistence to the Party, and pours his passion into serving the people.
