On July 31, Sun Xing, Deputy Director of the Industrial Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, led a team to Xiangjian·Jianxiang Industrial Culture Block to conduct a comprehensive investigation and evaluation of the industrial culture study and practice education base. An exchange symposium for the joint construction of the industrial culture study and practice education pilot demonstration base was also organized. Yan Huaheng, a consultant to the municipal government, participated in the investigation.

It is reported that in the construction plan, Xiangjian·Jianxiang has simultaneously established a study function area, equipped with a large canteen and outdoor expansion land. Currently, it has developed industrial-themed course systems, including industrial craftsmanship, industrial technology, industrial art, and civility education. Additionally, the study base is equipped with comprehensive safety measures, including safety management systems and emergency plans, facility and equipment safety management, fire safety management and training drills, food and transportation safety management, and safety regulations for courses and projects.

During the symposium, the research team gained a detailed understanding of the development history, existing achievements, and future plans of the study and practice education base. Sun Xing highly praised the construction achievements of the Xiangjian·Jianxiang Industrial Culture Study and Practice Education Base. He pointed out that the base makes full use of Hengyang's rich industrial cultural resources and, through innovative education models, provides young people with valuable opportunities to experience industrial history, feel industrial culture, and learn industrial knowledge. This is significant for cultivating young people's innovative spirit and practical ability and meets the conditions and foundation for jointly building a national industrial culture study and practice education demonstration base.

The research team also visited Xiangjian·Jianxiang Industrial Culture Block to inspect the construction status and resource conditions on-site. They offered valuable opinions and suggestions on how to further enhance the teaching quality, enrich educational content, and expand educational forms of the study and practice education base.
