On the morning of April 15th, Wang Yan, the Secretary of Yanfeng District Party Committee, presided over the 85th Standing Committee Meeting of the 5th District Committee to study and implement the recent important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the spirit of the central, provincial, and municipal social work, petition work, and political and legal work conferences, the spirit of the national and provincial United Front Work Ministers' Meeting and Organization Ministers' Meeting, the spirit of the special work mechanism for reducing grassroots burdens through formalism at the central, provincial, and municipal levels, the spirit of the provincial and city party committee and government secretaries' meetings, as well as relevant documents and conference spirits at the central, provincial, and city levels. The meeting researched and deployed relevant work, reviewed relevant documents.

The meeting emphasized the need to continuously promote the legalization of petition work, with the five legalization as the core, correct the "Four Should and Four No" problems, fully fulfill the three suggestions and responsibilities, continue to promote the special action of repeated petition governance, do a good job in handling key petition backlog cases, carry out the 100 day campaign of addressing petition sources, comprehensively implement the investigation of contradictions, hidden dangers and disputes, achieve ledger management, dynamically cancel accounts, and effectively resolve conflicts.

The meeting required that the normalized activities of "going to the grassroots, finding problems, finding solutions, and promoting development" should be closely integrated with the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation on learning and education, further implementing the "four grassroots" system, and better promoting the deepening and implementation of learning and education. We need to deepen the "Three Links and Three Promotions" campaign, conduct in-depth visits and research, collect opinions and suggestions, coordinate and solve problems, form two lists, improve two sets of mechanisms, and ensure the transformation of research results. We need to focus on key issues, comprehensively investigate and sort out key problems, understand the situation, and accurately solve prominent problems. To tackle difficulties, analyze and analyze them well, resolve difficult problems at the grassroots level and in their early stages, and ensure social security and stability throughout the region.

The meeting emphasized the significant importance of promoting the standardized construction of the comprehensive management center for social security. The focus should be on the standardized construction of county-level comprehensive management centers, and efforts should be made to accelerate the construction progress. We need to be close to reality and grassroots level, to ensure that the comprehensive governance center is effective, usable, and efficient, to solve the demands of the masses in accordance with the law, and to resolve various conflicts and disputes.

The meeting emphasized the need to fully leverage the cohesive role of the united front and promote its work to better serve the overall development of Yanfeng District. We need to promote the precise connection between united front resources and the development of the cultural and tourism industry, fully activate united front forces such as religious figures, new social classes, and freelancers, and help promote the development of the overall tourism economy.

The meeting emphasized the need to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Provincial Party Committee and Government Secretary General Meeting, as well as the spirit of the City Party Committee and Government Office Director Meeting. The meeting urged to solidly carry out the study and education on reducing the burden of grassroots through rectification formalism, conduct in-depth supervision and inspection, and regard the implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and rectification formalism as the relevant requirements for reducing the burden of grassroots as the comparative inspection content of democratic life meetings and organizational life meetings, to promote all work in the whole district to a new level through practical actions.
