On the morning of April 17, Liu Yuegao, Secretary of the Hengyang Municipal Party Committee, met with a delegation led by He Liu, Party Secretary and Chairman of Xingxiang Group. The two sides held in-depth discussions on further deepening cooperation and reached a broad consensus.

Liu Yuegao briefed the guests on Hengyang’s economic and social development. He noted that Hengyang is earnestly studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the work of Hunan, staying aligned with the “Three Hubs and Four New Missions” vision, and vigorously advancing the strategy of “strengthening the city through manufacturing and revitalizing it through culture and tourism.” As a provincial-level industrial investment platform, Xingxiang Group has broad prospects for cooperation with Hengyang. He expressed his hope that the Group would leverage its strengths to deepen collaboration in emerging areas such as low-altitude economy and scientific research commercialization.
