On the afternoon of April 22nd, Liu Lang, the Secretary of Nanyue District Party Committee, led a team to conduct research at the District Big Data Center. He emphasized that data sharing, information integration, and resource integration should be the main focus, with a focus on the five major scenarios of smart tourism, emergency response, urban management, parking, and government affairs, to create a national benchmark for smart scenic spots and make data truly a new engine for high-quality development. At the Nanyue District Smart Tourism Comprehensive Command Center, Liu Lang inspected the real-time passenger flow monitoring, traffic dispatch, and safety warning system operation of the scenic area on site. Since its establishment in May 2023, the center has built an intelligent management system of "one computing power base, one command platform, and one network management" by integrating data resources such as tourism, transportation, and security in the entire region. Liu Lang requested to strengthen the front-end data collection and storage capabilities, deepen the application of smart systems in scenic area management and urban operation, promote the upgrade of service response from "passive disposal" to "active warning", and comprehensively enhance the tourist experience and urban governance efficiency. Liu Lang emphasized that all levels and departments should further unify their thinking, firmly grasp the strategic value of big data as a new production factor, and promote the transformation of data resources into governance capabilities and industrial momentum with a "one game" thinking. We need to further increase the integration of data resources, collect data from fields such as public security, culture and tourism, emergency response, and natural resources, and reduce administrative costs and improve government efficiency through system integration and process optimization. We should further enhance communication and cooperation among departments, strengthen overall planning and collaboration, cultural tourism, emergency response, urban management and other departments should actively connect with big data centers to bridge the "last mile" of data sharing. We need to improve the guarantee mechanism, strengthen the support of talent, technology, funding and other factors, and ensure the continuous optimization and upgrading of the data system. Leaders of Nanyue District Party Committee and Government Shen Wei, Yang Yong, and Hu Rongfeng participated in the research. |
