We need to establish a comprehensive, chain wide, and closed-loop rectification mechanism, strengthen all staff investigation, professional governance, and closed-loop management. We need to achieve early prediction and proactive intervention, establish a collaborative mechanism, form a new model of safety governance that focuses on joint management and promotion, accelerate the construction of "smart campus safety", and combine technological means to achieve real-time risk monitoring and intelligent warning of hidden dangers. We need to further strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, team building, publicity and education, and platform application, prioritize safety risk control over hidden dangers, to prioritize hidden danger investigation and management over accidents.
