On June 30th, the 2025 training course for party organization secretaries of municipal government agencies in Leiyang City was held at the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee. 136 party branch secretaries from municipal government agencies participated in the first training session. Lu Dongsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Municipal Party Committee Office, and Secretary of the Leiyang City Government Working Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Lu Dongsheng pointed out that grassroots party branches in government agencies are strong fortresses for promoting high-quality development. We should deepen our ideological understanding, view this learning and training from a higher perspective, cherish opportunities, concentrate on learning, and achieve the goal of thinking and gaining from learning. We must shoulder the heavy responsibility of the times, enhance the quality and efficiency of party building work with stronger responsibility, highlight political construction, consolidate grassroots foundations, and promote comprehensive progress and excellence in party building work in government agencies. We should focus on the center and serve the overall situation, guide party branches and members to be pioneers and set an example on the main battlefield of reform and development, the forefront of serving the masses, and the front line of urgent, difficult, and dangerous situations, so that the party flag can fly high on the grassroots front line. We must hone our solid skills, demonstrate our good image with a stricter work style, strictly implement the "137" work method, continuously improve our ability to perform our duties, forge a strong work style, and firmly adhere to the bottom line of integrity, striving to become a capable backbone of party affairs work.

This training will be conducted in 4 sessions, each lasting 2 days. The focus will be on the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, standardized construction of branch offices, and management of party member development. Special guidance and experience exchange will be adopted to help the party organization secretaries of municipal government agencies broaden their horizons and enhance their abilities, continuously promoting the overall improvement of grassroots party building work in municipal government agencies.
