He emphasized the need to deeply study and implement economic thinking, further promote the "gathering signal" of enterprise listing, continue to promote government enterprise linkage, and with the spirit of nailing nails, deploy, compact, and promote enterprise listing work again, providing strong support for the deepening of the "manufacturing as the base, culture and tourism to develop the city" strategy.

Zhu Jian said that listed companies are an important force in carrying out the development of local economy and building a modern industrial system. Grasping the listing of enterprises is to grasp the "bull's nose" and "golden key" of high-quality development of local economy. All levels and departments should have a correct understanding of the capital market, grasp the laws of enterprise listing, and use a combination of policy and service measures to accelerate the pace of enterprise listing through the implementation of the "Five Ones" work system. We need to dynamically sort out the database of reserve companies for listing, forming a sufficient number, high-quality, and clear hierarchy of reserve companies for listing. Efforts should be made to stimulate the internal driving force of enterprises and adhere to legal and compliant operations. To work together to create a good ecosystem for enterprise listing, the Municipal Government Office (Financial Office) should grasp policy trends, formulate and improve policies, determine annual goals and target decomposition tasks, strengthen communication and coordination, and coordinate the resolution of relevant issues. The Enterprise Listing Guidance Center should maintain close contact with investment banks, funds and other institutions, hold training courses for listed reserve enterprises, sort out and dynamically update the ABC task list, and pay attention to and attract the landing of fund investment and fundraising projects. The local party committee and government should establish a three-level contact mechanism for enterprises, sort out the requests of listed reserve enterprises, and implement the provision of "excellent delivery" services to enterprises. Relevant functional departments should strengthen their service awareness, implement supportive policies, and collaborate to form a reserve team for listing.

Zhu Jian requested to strengthen professional guidance to help listed companies achieve greater development. We need to focus on the modern industrial system and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. We should optimize market value management strategies and stimulate new development vitality. We should actively leverage the role of chain owner enterprises to drive the development of the entire industry chain.
