On August 6th, Zhao Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Shigu District Party Committee and Chief of the District Government, conducted a special survey on the "14th Five-Year Plan" centered around the theme of "Enhancing Social Governance Efficiency" and held a symposium. Participants actively offered suggestions and advice on social services, social management, the construction of social governance systems, and the prevention and resolution of social risks.

After carefully listening to everyone's speeches, Zhao Bo put forward clear requirements for the high-quality preparation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" for enhancing social governance efficiency. He emphasized the need to maintain the direction of social work. We must grasp the fundamental principles and adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the fundamental guidance, fully implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on social work. We should grasp the leadership of Party building, continue to strengthen Party building in guiding grassroots governance and grassroots political power construction, and effectively promote the organizational and work coverage of the Party. We should grasp the core functions, accelerate the construction of a socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics, continuously consolidate the Party's ruling foundation, maintain long-term social stability, and enhance the well-being of the people. We must anchor the goal of grassroots governance. With strengthening the modernization of grassroots governance systems and governance capabilities as the strategic goal, and using the mass line, brand building, and standard creation as working methods, we should further clarify the implementation path for achieving full coverage of all areas, personnel, and strategies, and create provincial standards for grassroots governance according to local conditions, building a replicable and promotable institutionalized, standardized, and procedural "Shigu Model". We must strengthen the layout for efficiency improvement. We should plan leading projects to enhance social governance efficiency through high-level public service supply. We should plan platform construction projects to promote the digitalization and intelligent transformation of social governance through artificial intelligence. We should also plan smart scenario projects to enable grid intelligence to achieve precise social governance and efficient public services.
