On the morning of September 8, Liu Yuegao, Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, led a delegation from the Party and Government of Hengyang City to inspect the Xinjiang headquarters of TBEA located in Changji Prefecture. During the visit, a symposium was held with senior company executives to explore ways to deepen cooperation, expand collaboration, and jointly pursue mutually beneficial development, with the aim of accelerating the advancement of Hengyang's power transmission and transformation industry toward higher objectives.

On the same morning, Liu Yuegao conducted an on-site inspection of the TBEA Intelligent Cable Industrial Park and the TBEA Hengbei Automatic Control Workshop. He observed the modern and intelligent production processes and gained insights into TBEA's achievements and strategic development directions in the fields of high-end equipment manufacturing, technological innovation, and intelligent transformation.

At the symposium, Liu Yuegao noted that in recent years, TBEA's investment projects in Hengyang have achieved significant growth, and the collaboration between both parties has yielded remarkable results. He stated that during this inspection, he was deeply impressed by TBEA’s growing overall strength, increasing innovation vitality, and expanding brand influence, which reflect the global competitiveness of "Made in China."

Liu Yuegao emphasized that based on Hengyang's current high-quality development status, the foundation for deepening cooperation between the two parties is solid. Hengyang's economy is showing a positive trend, with continuous growth in the real economy and accelerated development of key advantageous industrial chains, such as the power transmission and transformation equipment industry. The city's popularity remains high, and its development environment continues to improve.

He further pointed out that given the development momentum of the power transmission and transformation industry, there is significant potential for further collaboration. The recent release of the "Blue Book on the Development Plan of the National Unified Electricity Market" and the "Guidelines for the Construction of the National Unified Large Market" indicates that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, ultra-high voltage construction will enter a phase of sustained and vigorous development. Hengyang has a solid foundation and strong momentum in the power transmission and transformation industry, making accelerated development both timely and strategically sound.

Liu Yuegao also highlighted that, based on the joint measures being implemented, the future of the cooperation is promising. Hengyang regards the power transmission and transformation industry as a key component of its "five industrial business cards" and considers TBEA a strategic partner. The city will spare no effort in providing policy support, strengthening resource guarantees, and offering high-quality services and a favorable environment for TBEA's development.

He expressed the hope that TBEA will maintain confidence in its development and continue to deepen its presence in Hengyang. He urged both parties to align their goals, set higher development targets, refine and implement the 15th Five-Year Plan, accelerate project construction in Hengyang, increase investment, enhance bilateral exchanges, and promote the inflow of more projects, funds, and resources into Hengyang. He also encouraged deeper cooperation in technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and market expansion, aiming to lead the high-end upgrading, intelligent transformation, and green transition of Hengyang's power transmission and transformation industry. Together, they aim to build and strengthen the ultra-high voltage power transmission and transformation equipment industrial cluster centered in Hengyang.
