Responsibility should be further compacted to ensure that the assault war is won. On the same day, Li Shibing and his party also went to the water resources protection zone in Youyi Community, Chejiang Street, Tieshi Village, Tieshi Water Plant and other places to observe the delimitation of water source protection zone, the operation of water plant, the use of disinfection equipment and the progress of village level pipe network reconstruction, and supervised the handling of specific issues such as water quality, water pressure and charges reflected by the masses. Li Shibing stressed that it is necessary to strictly perform the main responsibility, strengthen the professional training of the staff of large-scale water plants, further straighten out the management system and mechanism, focus on solving the problems left over by history, ensure that all work arrangements are implemented and achieved actual results, and resolutely guard the bottom line of rural drinking water safety.
