On the afternoon of September 1, a delegation led by Peng Xiaohong, Chairman of the City Urban Development Group, visited the Municipal Government Offices Administration Bureau for a research and exchange session. Jiang Dahong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Bureau, attended the meeting together with members of the leadership team and heads of relevant divisions.

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including office building projects, energy-saving initiatives for public institutions, and the management of turnover housing for department-level officials. Director Jiang acknowledged the positive achievements made through the close partnership between the two sides in earlier cooperation, and expressed appreciation for the continued strong support of the City Urban Development Group. Chairman Peng shared his views on further deepening cooperation in project development and exploring new models of asset management in the next stage.

Director Jiang emphasized the need to further elevate the level of cooperation, consolidate the achievements of existing projects, establish sound coordination mechanisms, refine task lists, and resolve bottlenecks so as to improve the efficiency of entrusted construction and management. He also called for expanding areas of collaboration, exploring market-oriented approaches, and developing new cooperation models in asset allocation, property management, smart government office development, and centralized procurement. These efforts, he noted, will promote the transformation and upgrading of municipal state-owned enterprises, enhance the overall management capacity of Party and government institutions, and contribute to the city’s high-quality economic and social development.
