We need to accelerate the key task of "1+1+5" and make every effort to promote the acceleration and efficiency improvement of the nuclear technology application industry. We need to independently build a nuclear technology application industry exhibition hall with high standards, organically integrate land use planning and industrial development planning, and showcase the industrial achievements and development blueprint of Baisha Green Island High Tech Zone. We need to coordinate and promote the construction of the company's modern battlefield, adhere to the equal emphasis on "tangible battlefield" and "software construction", integrate the office resources of Baisha Green Island and Nuclear Technology Application companies, and accelerate the improvement of internal management mechanisms and institutional systems. We need to accelerate the construction of science and technology innovation platforms and the construction of five major projects, expand the functions of the existing platform of 272 Company, and strengthen industrial technology support. We need to implement industrial fund guarantees, accelerate project implementation, ensure the signing of 5 specific projects and the commencement of construction of 3 projects within the year, resolutely prevent work from being idle and progress from lagging behind, and promote the high-quality development of the nuclear technology application industry with practical measures.

Liu Zhongjie emphasized the need to strengthen factor guarantees, accelerate infrastructure construction, build a solid carrier for industrial park development, improve financing mechanisms, and stimulate endogenous driving forces in the industry.
