On the morning of Sept 28, Comrade Zhu Jian joined the delegation of the Municipal Education Bureau, Municipal Health Commission, municipal universities and provincial universities in Hengyang to discuss the report of the 13th Municipal Party Congress and the work report of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection. He stressed the need to deeply understand and accurately grasp the report’s spirit, build consensus in implementation, fully leverage the talent and innovation strengths of the education and health systems, municipal universities and provincial universities in Hengyang, further advance the “manufacturing to build the city, culture and tourism to invigorate the city” strategy, and show greater responsibility and stronger action in building a higher-level, more capable national regional key city and provincial sub-central city.
