Zhu Jian Chairs Weekly Meeting on Range Intelligent Agent Industrial Park; Zhou Chaonan Attends

On the afternoon of October 25, Zhu Jian, secretary of the CPC Hengyang Municipal Committee, chaired the weekly meeting on the Range Intelligent Agent Industrial Park. He called for a stronger sense of opportunity, clear objectives and greater accountability to drive progress in the fourth quarter, turn strategic opportunities into concrete projects and industrial clusters, and establish Hengyang as a major hub for embodied intelligence in Hunan Province. Zhou Chaonan, chairman of Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

Zhu stressed the need to seize this critical window of opportunity by attracting businesses, advancing projects and building a stronger industrial ecosystem. He called for better supporting services and a more favorable business environment to strengthen the park’s position in the province and the industry, translating policy support into tangible results.

He also called for strict implementation of the fourth-quarter task list, with clear responsibilities and regular follow-up to ensure key tasks are completed on schedule or exceed expectations. Relevant departments and the park’s operating company should maintain close communication and act swiftly to deliver results.

On investment promotion, Zhu emphasized that success should be measured by projects signed, launched and put into operation, as well as enterprises reaching the required scale. The investment promotion and park operations teams should streamline preparations for factory-site selection and production-line planning, ensuring equipment procurement and production-line construction can proceed promptly once industrial funds are available. Efforts should also be stepped up to attract leading companies, broaden financing channels and leverage industrial funds to bring quality projects to Hengyang and help them grow.

Zhou said the park should deliver tangible benefits for Hengyang by retaining industries and tax revenue and fostering a sustainable industrial ecosystem. He called for continued teamwork and stronger ties among counties and county-level cities to develop the embodied intelligence industry and help Hengyang secure a prominent position in the sector across Hunan.

The meeting also outlined 10 key tasks for the fourth-quarter campaign, including planning the “one park, three bases” development model, improving the industrial connectivity platform, attracting leading enterprises, and preparing to establish Hengzhou Digital Intelligence Workers’ University.

Municipal leaders Liu Ping, Qin Zhijun and Xie Hong attended the meeting.
