On October 29, the trial competition of the 7th Hunan Community Games (Hengyang Division) kicked off with great enthusiasm at the gymnasium of the Hengyang Sports Center. Twelve representative teams from all counties, county-level cities and districts of the city, with nearly 400 community sports enthusiasts, gathered at the venue. Through events combining fun and competitiveness, they showcased the charm of mass sports and conveyed the vitality of nationwide fitness, vividly interpreting the warmth and appeal of a "Sports at Doorsteps."

The event was hosted by the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television, and co-organized by the Municipal National Fitness Service Center together with the culture, tourism (radio and television), and sports departments of all counties, cities or districts. The competition featured tug-of-war, 3x3 basketball, pickleball and fun contests, which are divided into two categories: the youth group and the middle-aged/elderly group. Balancing strength, wits and teamwork, the events suited the sporting needs of residents of different age groups and greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of grassroots participants.

On the field, the contestants were full of energy and fighting spirit, devoting themselves to every round of the competition. Applause and cheers rang out in and around the arena. The athletes encouraged one another, strove bravely, respected their opponents and observed the rules, fully demonstrating a fine spirit of neighborhood unity, courage, and healthy vitality.

After intense and exciting competition, the joint team of Hengyang County won the first prize of this trial with a steady performance.
