I. The necessity of construction
  Hengdong county is located in the northeast of Hengyang city. southwest metropolitan in Yunji and Dapu on the west, urban groups of Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan on the north, economic zone of Guangzhou, Hongkong, Macao with unique location advantage and convenient transportation condition. Industrial park lies in the Dapu town in Hengdong, more specific, in the midst of downtown and county town of Hengdong. It is obvious that 20km far from the downtown of Hengyang, and 22km to the county town of Hengdong feature the transportation advantage.
  Meanwhile, 315 provincial highway,Jingguang railway, Jingzhu expressway,Hengyan Expressway,Xiang River cross through the town.the industrial base of Dapu is relatively better, especially the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry,machinery.
