On the afternoon of 20 January, Cheng Bei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Provincial Caixin Financial Holding Group, and Zhang Kun, Director and Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Hunan Co. and his entourage came to Hengyang high-tech zone to investigate the digital economy. Zhu Jian, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and mayor, attended the investigation.

Cheng Bei, Zhang Kun and his entourage went to Hengyang Avenue Digital Economy Corridor and Hengyang High-Tech zone Hengshan Science City Area, Baysha Area, to inspect the enterprises such as MatchU, Wisdom Grain Security, Mogo. ai, COWAROBOT and Hengyang Fii Smart Valley, etc., to learn more about the development of Hengyang's digital economy. They recognized Hengyang's innovation and exploration on the promotion of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization, and discussed the future cooperation on the spot.

During the investigation, Zhu Jian briefed the development of Hengyang digital economy and related enterprises. He said that in recent years, Hengyang government invested more in digital economy, further implemented the “intelligence-empowered enterprises” initiative, continued to build the Hengyang Avenue Digital Economy Corridor and gained remarkable results from industrial digitalization and digital industrialization with its digital economic output reaching 160 billion yuan. In the next step, we are looking forward to strengthening interaction with Caixin Financial Holding Group and Hunan Mobile Co. and expand cooperation areas to support the building of digital-driven demonstration zone.

Cheng Bei pointed out that, as an important part of Hunan Province's financial strategic force, Caixin Financial Holding Group will give full play to the advantages of comprehensive financial services, and develop the "tower base" of the multi-dimensional capital market. It is hoped that on the basis of previous fruitful cooperation with Hengyang and with green finance, science and technology finance, digital economy as the innovation point, we could jointly promote reform of market-oriented allocation of factors of production and industrial transformation and upgrading. Zhang Kun said, Hunan Mobile Co. will continue to increase investment in Hengyang, and constantly deepen the strategic cooperation between the two sides with a focus on the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. It will also accelerate the construction of new-type infrastructure, empower the digitalization transformation of enterprises, and strive to inject strong digital impetus into the process of regional centralization.
