On the afternoon of the 29th, after two days of intense and standardized interviews, the recruitment process for public positions in Hengyang's municipal and some county units concluded successfully. Officials from the municipal discipline inspection commission, organization department, and human resources bureau visited the interview sites for oversight. This year marks the third round of centralized recruitment for public institutions in the city, with 147 positions available for 172 staff members. Following preliminary tests and qualifications checks, 413 candidates from within and outside the province qualified for interviews, including 201 recent graduates, nearly 50% of the total, and two candidates with disabilities. Interviews took place at Hengyang Open University, utilizing a structured interview format for all positions. Compared to previous recruitment events, this year saw a record number of applicants, leading to heightened competition and significant public interest.
