Museum of World Watch Culture is located in Hengyang Xidu Hi-tech Industrial Park, Xidu Town, Hengyang County. It is the first museum of watch culture in Central China, which is also a national AAA-level tourist attraction, Hunan industrial tourism demonstration site, Hengyang industrial tourism demonstration base, education base for Hengyang primary and secondary school students' research and travel, and the academic exchange center of global watch identification.

The exhibition hall, which focuses on the exhibition and interpretation of watch culture, mainly tells the history of Su Song's invention of the key escapement, the development of Swiss watch brands, the breakthrough of Japanese quartz watch industry and the rise of Chinese watch brands. They are divided into eight parts, including the memorial area of Su Song, the ancestor of clocks and watches, the exhibition area of ancient timekeeping instruments and ancient clock making tools, the exhibition area of modern clocks and watches, the exhibition area of international brands and products, the exhibition area of domestic brands and products, the exhibition area of 3D holographic science popularization of clocks and watches, the multimedia interactive experience area, the DIY experience area, etc. The Museum of World Watch Culture is a unique "tourism +" project integrating watch production factory, watch garden landscape and research base of watch culture for schools.
