On October 25, Zhuhui District held a centralized signing ceremony for investment promotion and the "Return of Xiang Entrepreneurs" project. Eleven high-quality enterprises from key fields and emerging sectors such as eyewear and vision, agricultural technology, energy materials, digital economy, and eco-friendly building materials signed agreements to settle in Zhuhui. With major and high-quality projects as benchmarks, these initiatives aim to fully unleash their driving effects, injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of Zhuhui. Together, they will jointly realize and share the new vision of building a "strong manufacturing district and a thriving cultural tourism district."

It is reported that the 11 projects signed this time involve a total investment of 3.9 billion yuan. Key projects include the Fuxi Farm, an artificial intelligence industry-education integration demonstration base, the Hengyang Trading Center of Guizhou Joint Venture Sauce Liquor Group, the Shanggong Kitchen Linghu Manor, the Hengyang New Eco-friendly Building Materials Production and Processing Base, quartz stone processing, and eyewear production, among others.

In recent years, Zhuhui has consistently prioritized project development and investment expansion as the "primary driver" for promoting high-quality development, attracting a large number of entrepreneurs to invest and establish businesses in the region. Notably, four key culture landscape projects—Linghu Park, Xiangjian·Jianxiang Industrial Cultural Block, Baoweili Cultural Creative Block, and Suzhou Bay—made a stunning debut at the third Hunan Tourism Development Conference, gaining widespread attention and showcasing the image and charm of Zhuhui. From January to September this year, Zhuhui signed seven projects, including Hainan Mango Cultural Tourism Dongzhou River Street, Kuntai New Materials, and Hunan Hanlin Linghu Amusement Park, with a total investment of 5.2 billion yuan. Additionally, four Xiang entrepreneurs returned to register companies, bringing in 1.5 billion yuan in capital.
