To strengthen investment statistics across the city and improve the quality of project registrations, on November 29, Liu Lin, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hengyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics, led a team to Changning City to investigate the progress of investment projects.

Liu Lin and his team visited multiple projects, including the Changning Weimei Yang Clothing Co., Ltd.’s multifunctional fabric textile and dyeing automation project, the Hunan Hongcheng Textile Co., Ltd.’s water-washing and dyeing automation project, and the Changning Pingye Clothing Co., Ltd.’s intelligent factory for clothing, shoes, and hats production lines. They were briefed on project plans, investments, funding sources, and construction progress, and addressed issues businesses encountered during the registration process.

Liu Lin highly recognized Changning City’s efforts in investment project statistics and made further recommendations to improve project registration: First, to ensure the timely tracking and support of enterprise development by relevant departments, encouraging businesses to report all projects; second, to strictly review project registrations to ensure the authenticity of investments and prevent erroneous reporting; and third, to strengthen statistical oversight during the reporting process, ensuring accurate and credible raw data verification.
