Furthermore, investment attraction efforts must be intensified. By fostering a business-friendly environment, demonstrating genuine commitment, and offering preferential policies, we aim to attract corporate investments and advance initiatives such as the "Hunan Entrepreneurs Homecoming Initiative", "Hengyang Business Returnees Program", and "Alumni Back to Hengyang Campaign", thereby positioning investment attraction as a new powerhouse for economic growth.
