Dongzhou is an island which is located in the center of Xiangjiang River. In ancient times there has been a custom of scrutinizing warm peach waves in Dongzhou. The dish, Xiaoxiang two-flavor fish is one of the most famous dishes in Hengyang. Live fish of the Xiangjiang River is usually used to cook a delicious dish with sour and hot double taste. By acting in a particular way, it can be formed the image of the live dragon.
