1. Materials for verifying: triplicate form of Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW202), the application form shall be signed and sealed by the executive branch leader of the provincial education department.

2. Approval and issuing: the specialized staff in school shall submit verifying materials to the principal of the Administration Office of Foreign Affairs or the deputy director who are in charge for approval and signature.

3. Stamping: Submitting Form JW202 on the verified yellow page to the staff in the Administration Office of Foreign Affairs for stamping its official seal; retaining the blue page in the Administration Office of Foreign Affairs; stamping the official seal of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office on the white page in certificate hall on the third floor.
