Coconut groves, lawns, and minimalist, elegant white buildings create a picturesque scene, evoking a strong holiday atmosphere. It has been affectionately dubbed by netizens as "a real-life version of a Hayao Miyazaki animation."

As the park's newest leisure area, Qiye Riverside boasts an array of highlights. Its core landscape—the exquisitely designed "Tornado Bar"—features atmospheric lighting, making it stand out among riverside leisure venues across Hengyang. On the riverbank, leisure swings are installed, and shoreline spotlights are arranged in an orderly fashion. As night deepens, the flickering lights and shimmering river waters blend seamlessly, painting a romantic and elegant riverside nightscape.

From the viewing platform, visitors can also enjoy the colorful night view of Shigu Academy and the scenic vistas along both banks of the Xiangjiang River.
